TRQC proposes a premetric relational reality whose interactions have dependency order and accumulate into persistent histories. Those histories constitute things and observers before ordinary metric positions and clock time are defined.
One standing DQEC architecture expresses compatible aspects through parallel phase channels. Our channel expresses geometry and fields together as a 3+1 Lorentzian world. Fields support particles, interactions, persistent bodies, clocks, and definite physical records. Observer and observed belong to the same expression; consciousness does not select outcomes.
The fuller histories remain shared beneath their phase forms. Underlying relations need not mirror projected distance or a fundamental classical route. Aspects absent here as ordinary objects may still affect our phase through admitted shared interactions. No independent access or signaling route through the foundation is supplied to projected observers.
The intrinsic compatibility mechanism, derived field and geometric content, quantitative dynamics, and ultimate substrate remain open.
