Projection is a standing relation
There is no second clock outside the universe on which “projection happens.”

No external stage
Projection is not an event occurring in a second time outside the universe. Relations, histories, and projected forms form a dependency structure.
One activity, two descriptions
All physical activity belongs to the underlying relational interactions and their accumulated histories. Spacetime, fields, forces, measurements, records, and observers are phase expressions of that same activity.
One set of rules
Our phase does not receive a brand-new independent lawbook after projection. Its Lorentzian geometry and field behavior are how deeper rules appear through our channel.
A standing relationship
A shadow depends on an object and the conditions that make its expression possible. In TRQC, 'premetric history → phase expression' states a structural dependence. It does not describe one universe waiting while a second universe runs its projection program. As the underlying history continues to change, its compatible phase expressions change.
Do not double-count the physics
Our Lorentzian field laws describe activity as expressed in our channel. They are not a second independent lawbook added after a deeper world has already produced the same event. This is why TRQC must ultimately explain observed field behavior rather than wave it away.
Do not confuse priority with waiting
A projected observer depends on an observer-history. That is an explanatory priority, not an assertion that a person waited in a premetric room before receiving a body. Likewise, histories need not finish before projection starts. The standing relationship supplies their compatible expressions as their interactions continue.
Arrows state explanatory dependence, not a second external timeline.
Takeaway: TRQC does not duplicate causation. The deeper relational activity and the projected field description are two levels of one physical story.
Check your understanding
Does TRQC posit one set of underlying events plus a second independent set of projected events?
- Yes
- No
Answer and explanation
No
Phase-level dynamics describe the same activity as expressed inside the phase.
Where does an external clock for projection live?
- In DQEC
- In another phase
- Nowhere in the blueprint
- Inside the observer
Answer and explanation
Nowhere in the blueprint
The blueprint explicitly rejects projection occurring in a second external time.
Explain it back
Why is “when does projection happen?” a potentially misleading question in TRQC?
Compare with a sample response
It suggests a later event and an external clock. The blueprint means that projected forms depend on underlying histories and the standing DQEC architecture.
