What the conceptual picture leaves open

DQEC compatibility
The blueprint says it does not yet specify the intrinsic premetric property that makes an aspect compatible with one channel rather than another. That compatibility principle is a central unresolved feature inside DQEC.

Relationships, mechanisms, and observations
The architecture names what depends on what. A mechanism would explain which intrinsic relations perform those jobs. Observations would show how those relationships appear within our phase. The blueprint presents the architecture and identifies the parts still open. A diagram or analogy illustrates those relationships.
